This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free internet access, 24-hour reception, and the indoor pool. The friendly staff helped me with great exchange rates on my first stay, making it memorable. Highly recommend!

great central spot for walking to attractions and parks

I recently stayed for three nights with friends, and we absolutely loved the delicious breakfast and friendly staff who made our experience feel welcoming and home-like. plus, the hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from beautiful lake views and popular dining spots like jose's mexican grill and the rib cage barbecue, perfect for exploring the area on foot and enjoying some local cuisine.

Couple’s getaway, mostly great but could do better

The staff was friendly and really went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The breakfasts were very nice, they had a variety of hot items and I couldn’t get enough of those biscuits and gravy it was like heaven on a plate.

I enjoyed the indoor pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast options were diverse, and the food tasted great. The spacious suite offered plenty of room for my family, allowing the kids to play comfortably. However, some areas could use a deeper clean, especially in the common spaces. I also experienced issues with the air conditioning, but the staff provided fans to help. Noise from other guests occasionally disrupted our peace. Overall, it was a good stay, but some maintenance issues need to be addressed.

We loved staying here! The back area is perfect for our dog, letting him roam and play freely. Plus, we were so close to awesome family spots like Magic Springs and Crystal Falls. Our adventures were endless, and the location was prime for everything we wanted to do.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could benefit from having more kid-friendly activities available. The pool seemed limited and could use extra supervision to enhance safety for children.

A Wonderful Family Getaway

We had an amazing time celebrating our daughter's birthday. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The kitchenette was perfect for family meals, and the complimentary dinner with fresh potstickers and soup was a delightful surprise. Don't miss the free soda bar!

Great family getaway!

The studio queen suite was comfy, and we loved the pool. The staff were super friendly and helpful with all our needs. Breakfast had loads of good options, too. The only bummer was the room could've been cleaner when we checked in. Still, we really enjoyed our time!

The staff showed exceptional service, particularly at check-in, and the room featured a comfortable bed that contributed to a positive experience. However, the bathroom drain was clogged, causing debris to rise while showering, and despite multiple complaints, it went mostly unaddressed by the desk staff. Ultimately, I paid a premium price for a stay that didn’t meet basic expectations.

Enjoyed the complimentary evening social with lots of food and drinks. The indoor pool area lacked proper AC, making it uncomfortable at times.

Exceptional stay, great amenities, lovely staff.

We had a large suite with a full fridge and stove. The outdoor seating area with grills was perfect for our family cookout. The indoor pool kept the kids entertained.
